David Bock Builders built our home up in Highlands, NC recently. Our experience with them was beyond what we have ever experienced in the past with other builders. David Bock Builders builds an excellent product, delivers great service, and despite some nasty weather delivered our house in a timely manner. The most important comment my husband and I can make about them is we would absolutely use them again and have recommended them to our friends not only in North Carolina, but in Atlanta, Georgia too. Our project manager, who was on our job daily, made sure to keep us informed of the progress of the job. We received weekly videos of the house and progress as we live mostly in Florida and were not on the job site . This was very helpful to us as this was to be our summer home. Our project with David Bock Builders was a 3 level home with over 4000 living square feet. This was a completely custom home and all the finishings were top quality. They do excellent work. Don’t think twice about using anyone else. David Bock Builders is your first and only choice!!

David is a good builder with a creative touch. He gave us helpful suggestions throughout the process to change design features and finishing touches on the house, making it better than the original plans. He is backed by a strong team whom we could rely on without having always to talk to David directly, but he was responsive when we needed him. His budget was straightforward so that we were able to know at every step whether we within budget (we were!). We highly recommend David and his team to anyone looking for a reliable, competent builder!
